We, The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People support the history of our great organization being included in the curriculum of schoolers in the modern era. We believe that being in said curriculums will bring more knowledge and awareness of our organization to our youth of the younger generations.
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) was founded in the year 1909 to dedicated to help end racial inequalities and stereotypes amongst African Americans.
Our organization continuously works to ensure that all students of color are on a path to excellence. We believe that our history playing a part in every student’s curriculum, regardless of race, religion, or creed, will bring a positive impact to not only the knowledge of the student but to the community as well.
